Read More ... الوراثة اللاجینیة تعنی التغیرات والأنماط المظهریة التی تظهر على الکائن دون المساس بتوالیات مواده الوراثیة DNA sequences . وقد أعطیت أکثر من تعریف ولکن کلها تصب فی هذا الاتجاه وقد سماها البعض الوراثة الجدیدة New Genetics . وبعض هذه التغیرات یمکن ان تتوارث ، فضلا عن ان اغلبها قابل للرجوع (2،1) والدراسات فی هذا المجال تشکل ما یسمى بدراسة الجینوم اللاجینی Epigenomics (3) وتعنی دراسة الجینوم المبرمج Programmed Genome . فالملاحظ ان الخلایا حقیقیة النواة تستنسخ معظم DNA المکون لجینومها ولکن ما یستعمل منه للتشفیر للبروتینات یقع بین 1-2% . وبالرغم من ان کل خلایا الکائن الحی مثل الإنسان تحوی المادة الوراثیة نفسها ، الا انها تختلف فی الشکل والوظیفة التی تؤدیها ، وتفسیر ذلک یکون بواسطة التنظیم اللاجینی Epigenetic Regulation للجینات وبمثل هذا التنظیم یحدد من الجینات وکمیة نواتجها ویتم تجاوز الجینات الأخرى ( 4) ، وهذا ما یمکن ان یفسر ان التوائم المتماثلة الحاویة على جینات متماثلة یمکن ان تظهر علیها اختلافات فی الشخصیة واختلاف فی الأعراض التی تصاب بها ( 5) . • فی السابق استعملت الوراثة اللاجینیة لوصف عملیات تمایز (Differentiation) الخلایا المتماثلة من الناحیة الوراثیة التی تؤدی الى انتاج أنسجة وأعضاء خاصة أثناء نمو الأحیاء متعددة الخلایا ( 6) ، اما فی الوقت الحاضر فهی تستعمل من قبل العاملین فی مجال علوم الحیاة لوصف التغیرات المؤثرة وربما المستورثة فی التعبیر الجینی دون مساس توالیات DNA (6) ، وهذا یعنی ان الواسمات اللاجینیة یمکن ان تعبر للأجیال القادمة نظرا لعدم محوها بالکامل فی المرحلة التی تعقب تکون البیضة المخصبة Zygote بعد اتحاد الأمشاج Gametes وهذا ما یعقد التوارث المندلی المتعارف علیه ( 1) . وفی السنوات الأخیرة ظهر حقلین من الدراسة هما • الوراثة اللاجینیة التی تعنی بدراسة Epigenome • الکیمیاء الحیویة للکروماتین Chromatin Biochemistry ان فکرة الوراثة اللاجینیة لیست بالجدیدة فهی وصفت فی عشرینات القرن المنصرم عند اکتشاف طفرات ثابتة فی ذبابة الفاکهة Drosophila melanogaster ونبات الذرة Zea mays . وهذه الظواهر أدت بشکل جاد الى ظهور کیمیاء الکروماتین بعد عدة عقود ، وبرزت بشکل کبیر فی سبعینات القرن الماضی عند اکتشاف ان المواد الوراثیة مع البروتینات الملحقة بها مثل الهستونات تنظم فی تراکیب خاصة هی الجسیمات النوویة Nucleosomes وأدت الى التعرف على العدید من البروتینات غیر الهستونیة وجزیئات أخرى تکون مسئولة عن تنظیم الترکیب الثلاثی او التوزیعی للکروماتین ومسئولة عن معالجة الکروموسومات داخل الخلایا والتی تشمل عملیات

The present study has been conducted to investigate the effect of organic substance of klkoz and the clover added to the soil on the decomposition of dayizon pesticide in the soil , and the effect of this on the microbial activity of microorganisms in addition of the organic Carbon ,Nitrogen and Phosphorus in the soil –A type of mixed soil was used in the study – It was brought from an agricultural field in the city of Ramadi in which no type of pesticides had been used for a period of more than ten years . The organic substance of klkoz and the dry clover remaining had been added and cultivated well in the soil at a ratio of %1 for all treatments. Three concentrations(0, 250,500) ML.100L. Donam had been added to the soil according to the treatment. All these treatment had been incubated at a tempreture%28 for(20,40,60)days. Then, the total number of microbe, fungi, Actinomycetes ,Bacteria solvent for phosphate ,cellulose decomposing Bacteria, Aozossberellim Bacteria , and the Azutobkatr Bacteria were estimated in the soil .Besides, the Nitrogen, the organic carbon, and phosphor , were also estimated in the soil under study .The results revealed that the addition of the organic substance has a great role in the increase of different races of microorganism in the soil and in the decrease in the inhibitory effect of pesticide under study . It was indicated that there was a differentiated effect of adding an organic substance to the soil at %1. This led to an increase in the total numbers of the treatment that used a pesticide . The numbers reached the higher level after a period of incubation of (60) days on the other hand , when the pesticide used without an organic substance , the effect was higher that the total numbers of microbe decreased differently according to the difference in the concentration used and the period of incubation , so that difference between the treatment of comparison and au treatments of the pesticide was significant from the period of incubation (20) days until the end of the experiment (60) days . This recorded the less effect of the recommended dose of the used pesticide on the other hand the effect was inhibitory , signification and clean when using a double dose of pesticide recommended in the field. The decrease in the numbers as a result of using the pesticide with the existence of the or organic substance was little ,and this indicates that using the organic substance kolkhoz and clover led to a decrease in the effect inhibited to the pesticiot on the total number of microbe especially used in the case of uling a double close of pesticide used in the study . At the end of the experiment ,it was showed that the inhibitory effect, during a period of incubation and to days, was clearly least at using the organic substance with the three concentrations of pesticide. The result, also rescaled that the Nitrogen .and phosphorus in the soil reached the higest value after a period and (60)days and incubation in the treatment in the which the organic substance was used without wing the pesticide. But when the pesticide was used without the existence y the organic substance, the effect on the Nitrogen and phosphor was higher. The fixed effect was little especially at using the organic substance on the pesticide with all its three concentrations. whilst ,it is found that the organic carbon in the soil decreased gradually with the increase of the in cubation .Period. This is due to activity of the microbe in the soil

Scabies is one of the main contagious skin diseases which infect human skin epidermis and causes considerable damage all over the world, it is considered as a public health problem in Al-Anbar province population.This study depends on the analysis of recorder information in special document (questionnaire) prepared for this purpose and includes demographic factors such as gender, age , education, occupation , socioeconomic level , residence in prisons …. etc. Which affect disease prevalence and contagion transmitting from (413) scabies patient who were admitted to dermatology clinics in Al-Ramadi general hospital and Al-Falluja general hospital besides some private dermatological clinics in Falluja , Haditha and Rutba cities during the period ( October 2012 – up to the end of March 2013 ).Laboratory diagnosis were done in most scabies cases besides clinical diagnosis either by scraping method test or ink method test to isolate mite females and its eggs from mite burrows or lesions.The results of this study reveals that there is no significant difference between males and females in scabies infection which was (48.18 , 51.82)% respectively , the disease infects all body parts.The infection of disease occur in all months but there is considerable increasing in cold months ( December , October and November ) , the infection ratio was (21.79 , 18.64 , 15.25)% respectively.It reveals also that there is high infection in the age group (pre-school year) , (18-24) and (30-36) year which was (18.40 , 15.50 , 13.80)% respectively, it is found also that there is a decrease in disease infection with the increas of education level, the most ratio of infection is in low education levels ( primary school stage , uneducated level, kid stage) which is (37.29 , 20.10 , 18.40)% respectively.Significant differences are also found between scabies patients according to their occupation, there is a high infection in ( house wife , student , free jop ), the results are (31.23 , 22.76 , 19.61)% respectively.The person economic income is another important demographic factor that significantly affects persons according to their income, it is found that persons with low income are infected compared with those of high income.And it is found that the factor ( in the family arrested person ) is the most important factor for the transmission and prevalence of scabies between peoples, the ratio of infection is (27.12)% compared with another studied factor.

Read More ... The study was conducted to evaluate the inhibition activity of Trichoderma harzianum and Aspergillus wenti and Salicylic acid (0.01 %) solution against Tomato Mosaic Virus (ToMV). The possibility of the use of fungal filtrates in stimulate resistance in tomato plants against virus infection have been studied for this purpose Datura stramonium leaves have been inoculated with mixture composed fungal filtrates and Tomato Mosaic Virus ( ToMV) .The results showed that the the number of lesion for the T. harzianum filtrate decrease with increasing the age of filtrate from one day to six day, The six filtrate gave lowest of lesion number, 2.971 lession/ cm2 compared with anathor period and control treatments which gave 10.085 lession / cm2 for water and 9.982 lession/ cm2 for potato media with significant differences compared with salicylic acid . The sex day filtrates for T. harzianum gave the grate effect on inhibition of virus replication, and also for A.wenti filtrate treatment which reduce the number of lesion with increasing the age of fungi filtrate beginning from first day to sex day and gave 4.580 lession/ cm2 with the significant differences compared with the controle treatment ( water and potato media).The concentration 50% from both fungi ( T. harzianum and A. wenti)gave the grate effect in inhibition of lesion number and inhibitor of Tomato mosaic virus replication comparing with the other concentrations and control treatment. The crud filtrate for T.harzianum with concentration 50% gave the highiest inhibition rate 61.712% ( local lesion 3.795 lession/ cm2 ) then A. wenti filtrate with inhibition rate 57.871 % (No of local lesion 4.014 lession / cm2 ).The resalts also showed that the resistance induced by spreading tomato plants with the filtrate of T. harzianum , A. wenti and salicylic acid, the T. harzianum have the highiest effect in virus inhibition with increasing the number of spreading untile 8 with the inhibition rate 45 % while A. wenti fungi gave inhibition rate 43.072%. Soacking steams of Tomato leaves with T. harzianum filtrate after inoculated with virus for one day led to inhibition the virus replication in leaves , with inhibition rate 65.782% (No. of local lesion 2.373 lession/ cm2 ) while gave 52.357 for A. wenti fungi filtrate ( local lesion No. 3.304 lession/ cm2 ).
