ABSTRACT:This study includes isolation of some materials from Trigoella foenum-graecum seeds and estimation of their percentage like Saponins , Volatils Oils , Glycosides , Alkaloids and proteins . The antibacterial activity study was performed for the active materials which isolated from Trigoella foenum-graecum seeds against four genus of pathogenic bacteria by using Agar–well diffusion method . It appeared from this study that all of the isolated active materials have inhibitory effect on the bacteria were used . The study also includes separation of free fatty acids from Oils of Trigonella foenum-graecum seeds estimation of fatty acids percentage by using gas chromatography techniques . Amino acids were separated from Trigoella foenum-graecum seeds by Thin Layer Chromatography ( T.L.C. ) . The study also included the determination of metals in Trigoella foenum-graecum seeds, by using the Atomic Absorption techniques as Mg , Fe , Zn , Co , Al , Cu , Se , Ni and Mn , While the determination of the metals which found in considerable amounts by using Flame Photometer technique like Ca , Na , Li and Ba
